Hey my lovelies! Hope you're doing well! It's nearly Christmas! We're nearly there! It's nearly here!
For those of you trying to guess where the title of today's post is from, it's a lyric from 'Somewhere in my Memory'. A song that is most well known for being the Home Alone theme tune/song. We sung it in the choir at high school and it has really pretty lyrics, so i thought I'd use them today.
First of all I would like to say sorry for the distinct lack of outfit/fashion posts on here recently! But I'm back with one today! (with a bit of everything else added in for good measure)
Last night was the 'Group Christmas Party'! This year I've seemingly been really prepared when it comes to Christmas, except in the party dress department! So when me and my parents went to Birmingham last Sunday (post here), we had to pop into the shoppingy bit of the Bullring as I still hadn't got a dress for the Christmas party! Ooopsie! Luckily a quick trip to Topshop, sorted the problem.
And this dress was the solution! A lovely lace LBD. It was perfect for the party and so easy to wear. I really like it and think it's a great style. The lace detailing is beautiful as well, although because of the colour you can't always see it properly. But never mind ey. Plus i think it's gonna be a rather versatile dress, so I think i should be able to get a lot of wear out of it. As black is one of those colours that pretty much goes with everything. A LBD is one of those items that is a mega awesome addition to any wardrobe! There's a style, design and price tag out there for everyone, which is why they're so great!
My heels are probably one of the best purchases I've EVER made! You can only really see them in the top picture but there's a better one of them(here). So if you want a better look then check that post out! I think i got them maybe 3 or 4 years ago for a friends birthday. They're from Topshop and were about £60 and are literally the best buy I've EVER made! Without a shadow of a doubt! I wear them for pretty much every party or 'event' or well 'thing' I go to that i need/want to wear heels for. As they're just the right height and go with practically everything! Everyone needs a pair of heels like that! And they look great to boot! So, what could be better?
I had a really lovely time at the Christmas party! This year's has definitely been one of my favourites! I didn't stop giggling, laughing and smiling. Which is well, exactly what you want!
Afterwards two of my favouritest people, Lauren and Maddie, came to my house and stayed over. All i can say is, I don't think I've laughed as much as I did this morning for a long long long time! When I'm with these girls all I do is laugh and giggle and have fun! Crazy really isn't the word for our antics! Oh and yes I did mean this morning! My body really isn't gonna love me for going to bed at half 3, but never mind! I'll survive! It's not like I've got to go to get up for college on Monday! Woop!
Have you got a LBD? Have you been to any Christmas parties this year? What have you worn? Are you exited for Christmas yet?
Love and cuddles

    1. Thanks! Haha, my mum asked the same thing! The green junk is actually meant to be blue! But it's just pineapple juice, mango juice and blue food colouring! It was actually amazing, it just looked vile! xxx
