This territory goes uncharted

 Outfit-
Shirt - Topshop
Shorts- TK Maxx
Leather Jacket - Topshop
Necklace - Camden Market
This was my outfit yesterday, and I have to say I really liked it! My leather Jacket has now been featured a million and one times and I practically live in the thing! Although the last few days in Staffordshire the weather has been horrible! And I really should start wearing my other coat with a hood, but I just can't bare to stop wearing my lovely jacket! We'll have to see I guess.
So, the reason why this territory goes uncharted? Is because I got this shirt in June, yep June, and yesterday was the first time I've worn it! Yep you read correct I've had it for four months and not worn it! I'd wanted a denim shirt for ages and so I got one, and then didn't know what to wear it with! Cause I'm really not much for the double denim thing, and I used to practically live in my jeans! Still do really, I've just tried to vary my outfits and what I wear recently. But I just had no clue how to style or wear it, then I saw this post on Pretty Little Fawn (which is one of my favourite blogs) and it give me some inspiration about how to wear my shirt. And well, hey presto, this outfit popped to mind and became reality for college yesterday.
The shirt itself is really comfy, and is that typical denim blue colour that jeans always used to be, before having them in every colour under the sun became fashionable (in the early noughties) I don't think the shirt I've linked to is the exact same as mine, but it's the closest one on the topshop website. My shorts, are another pair of my 'they look like a skirt but are actually shorts' shorts. I really like the flowery purpley pattern, and think they match my shirt really nicely! They were also perfect for yesterdays horridious weather, as I could look feminine and girly, yet not have to worry about holding my skirt down whilst walking to the bus station in the chucking it down rain. The shorts are an older pair from TK Maxx, my mum goes in there a lot so I suspect that she picked them up and brought them home to show me. And I liked them and decided to keep them, as I don't really go into TK Maxx much, well ever really. Unless I go in with my mum.  They do some really nice clothes, but everything's all over the place, and it often reminds me of a jumble sale. You have to search and search for the good finds, and I just don't have the patience for that sort of thing. I guess it's just a pet hate of mine how everything's set out in there, I don't know maybe it's just the one in my town?
My necklace is another Camden Market beauty, that I think my mum got for me for Christmas. Its really cute and can be styled with anything. Pocket watch necklaces are really lovely, and no matter what your style I think they are something great to have in your jewelry box or jumble!
Do you have a necklace pocket watch? Have you got any items of clothing you didn't wear until months after you brought it? Do you like shopping in TK Maxx, have you got a shop that you don't like shopping in?
