Look back....

Monday 30 December 2013

You may have seen these sorts of posts throughout the blogasphere, but to mark the beginning of a new year and the ending of another, I thought I'd do a round up of my favourite outfits that I've shared on the blog throughout the year; picking one outfit from each month. To go to the original post, click the month in the block of text below the trio of images! Please be aware a lot of the posts were written and posted before my blog redesign, so may now look a little odd!
January was a chilly month, we even saw a little snow; and it was also filled with revision and exams, as I had my mocks then. This meant a month of comfy and soft layering, and warm warm coats! February got a little warmer, and saw me getting more adventurous with my layering skills. March saw snow again, lots of it, and also held a much anticipated trip to the Harry Potter studio tour! The two together produced the windswept outfit and Holly above!
April heralded the start of spring, and with it lots of tights and a little less layering, which also fed it's way into May. June was a time of sunglasses and jackets, showcasing what could be heading our way for summer whilst also holding onto the spring chills.
July is my birthday month, and with it came a so called 'Indian-summer', and no tights weather; and August was the month of festivals, playsuits and beaches. September was my most successful blogging month yet, and marked a whole year of blogging; my wardrobe and dress sense also felt revitalized as new outfit combinations graced  the blog; along with the reemergence of tights to my everyday wears.
October saw the welcoming of autumn and the return of layers and scarfs. November was a fun month as I created my first ever monthly lookbook video for my YouTube channel, which helped me to vary my wardrobe and try out new things! December's been a rather quiet month on the blog, and saw me attempt and fail to combat my love of monochrome!

So there you have it, some of my outfit highlights of the year! A huge thank you to all of you who continue to read, comment and follow my ramblings; and here's to 2014 hopefully an even bigger, better and lovelier year!

Love and cuddles
God bless
