Hey lovelies! Hope you've had a great weekend! Mine's been awesome but full! And I've ended up leaving my college work till the last minute, ooopps! Luckily its not for the beginning of the week, so I've still got some time. I've been needing to get some leather or waterproof(ish) boots for the last few months. As the main pair of boots that i wear all the time are suede, so when it rains they just absorb the water! Which isn't really very helpful or comfortable! On Friday me and my mum popped up into town and I ended up getting a new pair of boots from Topshop. They're mega comfy and leather which means they should be better for the rainy/winter weather. Oh and they've got a small heel which is an uber plus for little me, because well, I'm rather on the small side. So anything that gives me a bit of extra height is always great! But they're so comfortable! Which I really didn't expect from them if I'm honest, or so soon after buying them anyway. I've found over the years that Topshop shoes are usually worth the rather hefty price tag. But I'll let you know on that a bit later down the line, overall though,  the shoes I currently own from topshop have been pretty good investments! Because really that's what they are investments.

On Friday I went to fireworks with group which was awesome! Free fireworks, free food (soup and donuts, so freaking yummy) and some of my favourite people, what could've been better! Oh yeah and they've finally posted the group picture from our holiday on FB so I'll post that for you all tomorrow, see if you can spot me!
Yesterday me and my dad went to see Skyfall! I love going to the cinema, its one of my favourite things. I always seem to go with my dad as I have such a varied taste in film and there's been so many great action films out recently! We had a time where we went to the cinema 4 times in 9 weeks, which was fun! I really do like going to the cinema! The film was pretty good too! Although I've seen better action/adventury films recently. But I did love the home alone moment and the fact Voldemort became the new M!
My pictures have a slightly different look to them today because they're dual purpose! (look at me using clever phrases, hehe) One of the a-levels I'm doing is Media, and for my coursework I'm doing parts of a magazine. This afternoon was the only time I'd got to take the pictures and I hadn't got the energy to take outfit posts, get changed then get my mum to take the pictures for me. So I cut out some steps and did two in one. Let me know what you think of the pictures, I may try and persuade my mum to take my outfit post pictures for me more often! As I quite like the way they look.
I rather liked my outfit for today, my shirt is an absolute favourite of mine! And so are my shorts really, oh and my cardigan is amazingly warm, cuddly and comfy. Just what you need for a November day!
Have you seen Skyfall? Do you like going to the cinema? Have you been to any fireworks or bonfires this weekend? What've you done this weekend? Do you have a warm and cuddly winter jumper or cardi?
Love and cuddles
